. We advocate with the city on the "bread and butter" issues of trash, traffic, and safety. Most recently, we were able to drive a major improvement in street cleanliness by improving trash disposal and pickup.

• We work with the city and developers to support appropriate development that enhances quality of life and preserves our unique architectural heritage. We have had open meetings with developers and business owners that allow your concerns to be heard and addressed.

• We make the neighborhood more attractive and vibrant through activities such as holiday wreath hanging and Halloween activities.

• We repair and maintain the private alley surfaces to the best of our current financial ability.

• As individual residents, our impact is limited. Together, we can accomplish a lot.
